Giovana Gomes Sampaio ENG

Giovana Gomes Sampaio is a partner at Fucci Sociedade de Advogados. She works primarily in the areas of startups law, intellectual property, data protection, consumer law, advisory law and litigation.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), having graduated in 2022.

During her graduation she worked as an intern at the Court of Justice of São Paulo and at Fucci Sociedade de Advogados.

She was a member, as a researcher, of the Discovery Study Group (GEPAP), a journalist of the Arcadas Gazette, member of the Data Protection Center – TechLab, and member (2021) and coordinator (2022) of the Competition Law and Digital Economy Center (NUCED), with academic publications in the area, among other activities at the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP).
