Eduardo Ruggiero Fucci is a partner at Fucci Sociedade de Advogados. He works primarily in the areas of startup law, taxation in the digital economy, intellectual property, audiovisual and corporate law.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), having graduated in 2015.
He holds a post-graduate degree in Tax Law lato sensu from the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário (IBDT), where he is an associate.
He has worked as a legal director at a variety of startups, and is currently the legal director of two technology companies.
He has taken courses on privacy, protection of personal data and artificial intelligence at the Instituto de Tecnologia e Sociedade (ITS) and at Data Privacy Brasil.
