Marina Mott Ruggiero is a partner at Fucci Sociedade de Advogados. She works primarily in the areas of restructuring and recovery of credit and strategic dispute resolution.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo (PUC-SP), having graduated in 1986.
She has been a coordinator in the areas of real estate law, recovery of credit and strategic dispute resolution in law offices.
She has participated in a wide range of negotiations and lawsuits of great significance related to agribusiness, recovery of credit of domestic and international financial institutions, as well as legal cases of great complexity.
